1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 99wim ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services offered by 99wim.

By accessing or using any part of the 99wim platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you agree to comply with all provisions contained herein.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the 99wim platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Be a legally competent individual to enter into a contractual agreement in the country where you reside.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or play ban list issued by any relevant authority.
• Do not represent any business entity, syndicate, or third party in the use of this account.
• Not an employee, contractor, or individual directly associated with 99wim or our business partners.

3Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 99wim platform at all times. Duplicate accounts, family accounts, or accounts shared with other individuals are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice and freezing of any available balance.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full name exactly as stated in your official identification document.
• Use an active email address that belongs to you.
• Choose a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by 99wim.

99wim reserves the right to request additional supporting documents, including a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other reasonable documentation for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. This KYC process is in place to protect the security of your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

99wim supports a variety of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major local banks. All financial transactions are processed through secure, integrated channels.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the platform's deposit page at the time.
• All deposits must be made from an account or payment method in the same name as the registered member.
• 99wim does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of members.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within 5 minutes or less.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods, and up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
• 99wim reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if any bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

5Bonus & Promotions

99wim offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward member loyalty. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• The wagering (rollover) requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 99wim reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if fraud or abuse is suspected.
• If an account is closed before wagering requirements are met, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

6Game Rules

All games on the 99wim platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system audited by an accredited independent body. This ensures every game outcome is random, impartial, and cannot be influenced by any party, including 99wim itself.

Members agree to comply with the following rules while playing:

• Play fairly and do not use any unauthorised automated software, bots, or assistance tools.
• Do not transfer funds between different member accounts through gameplay as a method of money laundering.
• Do not collude with other members to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer mode.
• Accept game results generated by the RNG system as final and not disputable on grounds of luck alone.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 99wim will refund the affected bets to the member's account within 24 hours. Game results completed before the disruption occurred are valid and will not be voided.

7Member Conduct

99wim is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure:

• Using offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language towards other members or support staff.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other members or 99wim.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 99wim platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a false identity or impersonating another person while using the platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

99wim reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members through the responsible gaming programme.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

9Liability Limits

99wim provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform's availability and reliability at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 99wim is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of valid game outcomes.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party network issues.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their account login credentials.
• Payment processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 99wim platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of 99wim or our content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

Members are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any platform content without written permission from 99wim.
• Using the trade name, brand, or logo of 99wim for commercial purposes without authorisation.
• Modifying, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of any platform software.

11Privacy & Data Protection

99wim takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By using the 99wim platform, you agree that:

• Your personal data will be collected and processed for account management and legal compliance purposes.
• Your financial transaction data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your data will not be sold or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties without your consent.
